Welcoming New Patients from 6 April 2021
In order to help our Doctors provide patients with the care they deserve, we always encourage patients to book appointments. Appointments can be booked in advance but we also reserve some appointments that can only be booked on the day to ensure we can accommodate patients suffering from acute illnesses or emergencies. You can book online using HOTDOC.
Please phone 4635 1688 from 8.30am and request to see the Doctor of your choice. Patients with appointments have priority over those without, except in the case of medical emergencies.
We acknowledge that sometimes your preferred doctor may be fully booked however there is always a doctor available for urgent medical matters. If you feel you need to be seen that day, please let the receptionists know so you can be given a suitable time as despite their many talents, they are not mind readers.
Please also be mindful when making an appointment that if you have a complex problem, are needing a full check, or simply feel that you need more than 10 minutes please be sure to book a longer appointment. Failure to do so may result in the Doctor asking you to book an additional appointment,
If you are unable to keep an appointment we ask that you cancel as soon as possible so we can offer this appointment to another patient. Fees may apply to patients who don’t cancel appointments with a reasonable amount of notice. If you receive a text message to confirm an appointment we ask that you respond in a timely manner.
