A big thank you to all of the patients who participated in our recent survey. We received some great feedback on what we are doing well but most importantly, what we can improve on. Here are a few of the suggestions we have implemented following the survey:
- The availability of more On the Day appointments
- Ceased wearing masks except when patients have flu like symptoms
- Ensuring if one of our practitioners is running behind, we will advise you
- Addressed appointment times e.g. more than one concern requires a longer appointment. If you have several concerns to raise with your practitioner then a prolonged appointment is required. If you are not sure, please ask one of our receptionists.
